The new moon and new year is a time of heightened energy and fresh starts. Through meditation, vinyasa, yin, & rest, let’s shift the energy to make space for what you want to release and what you want to expand into in the new year. A blend of a challenging, energetic vinyasa movement combined with the longer holds of yin to work on deep connective tissues and joints, this 90-minute workshop will focus on connecting the mind, body, and breath.
