Expiration dates apply to all class packs
Late entry will not be permitted
If you are not checked in at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class, your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist
Minimum age of 16 to practice indoors. Clients 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian
The studio is cashless. We accept all credit cards
CANCELLATION POLICY
All classes are non-refundable
Cancellation window closes 3 hours before class starts
No-shows without cancellation will be charged a $10 fee and will result in a deduction of the class from your account
For monthly members and unlimited pass-holders, late cancellation of a class will result in a $10 charge, and a no-show will result in a $30 charge to your account
WAITLIST
The waitlist opens 5 minutes prior to the start of class. As spots open, waitlisted clients will be placed into class. If you are on the waitlist the night before an early morning class, you should expect to get in to the class. You will still be subject to our cancellation policy and no show policy.
