This 90-minute workshop will focus on connecting the mind and body with the full moon energy. Reflection, gratitude, cleansing, and celebration are the main elements of the full moon. Sarah will lead you through a vinyasa flow to get the body moving, followed by some restorative yoga and guided meditation to put your body into a deeper state of relaxation. There will be space for intention-setting and journaling on both ends of the workshop. *This workshop will be unheated*
